What are your rates?

Our rates are $150 for all 55 minute sessions. This includes all services from individual therapy, couples therapy, relationship coaching, and supervision.


Do you accept my insurance? 

I am out of network with all insurance carriers. I have partnered with Mentaya to help you save money on therapy. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will handle everything with insurance to make sure you get your money back. Is therapy confidential?

Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. This means that whatever is discussed in sessions is private and will not be shared with anyone else without your consent. However, there are a few exceptions to confidentiality. These include if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, if there is a legal requirement for disclosure, or if child abuse is suspected.


Do you offer online/virtual therapy sessions?

We offer virtual therapy services through a HIPAA compliant platform, providing clients with the convenience of receiving therapy from the comfort of their own home. Our virtual therapy services have been proven to have positive outcomes for clients, and can be a great alternative to traditional in-person therapy.
